Key of the array is the key of the pricing rule.
Value of the array is an array with the following keys:
- `name`: The name of the pricing rule. Defaults to the key.
- `rule`: The rule to apply to the pricing rule.
It is passed the Kirby instance as first argument. It must return true when the rule applies, or false when it does not.
- `currency`: Three-letter ISO currency code, in uppercase. E.g. EUR or USD.
- `taxIncluded`: Whether the price is including tax or not.
Description
If no options are provided, a default pricing rule is created with currency EUR.
